Happy Birthday James, 90 not out!

James receving his cake from two lady members of the committeeOn Sunday 7th January, James Aitchison celebrated another wonderful milestone, his 90th Birthday.

Mass was celebrated in his honour in our Chapel followed by a surprise party in the Social Club bar. He received a beautiful birthday cake presented by two ladies on the committee.

Jimmy courageously gave his speech about his memories and thanked all his old friends and present members of this Deaf Club. Everyone applauded his speech.

We would like to thank the Deaf Social Club chairperson and his committee for providing an excellent reception with buffet and champagne to mark James’s 90th Birthday.
